The Service Engineer will serve our customers in UAE by identifying their needs; engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services. He should contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; providing information and commentary pertinent to deliberations; recommending options and courses of action; implementing directives. He should identify the current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements and determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
1) Ensuring Customer Satisfaction
2) Attending to after Sales Service
3) Arrange for demonstrations or trial installations of equipment
4) Installing new machines in the client premises
5) Following up all service calls from end users for repairing and troubleshooting
6) Performing PM (preventive maintenance) for machines.
Customer care visits which include:
Checking and confirming the work ambient for machines.
Following up with the end users for any doubts on the machines.
Confirming the good handling for the machines.
7) Following up with the biomedical engineer of the hospital for the machines warranty status, PM and service contracts.
8) Communicating with Department Head/Principles to get up to date service information, documentations and service support.
9) Handling the spare part stock- inventory and updating
10) Handling warranty claims for spare parts.
11) Service reports archiving.
12) Train team members in the customer applications of technologies.
13) Write technical documentation for products.
14) Read, revise and research for technical information relative to the machines and service equipment.
15) Attend company training seminars to become familiar with product lines.
16) Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
17) Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs, and to
determine system requirements.
18) Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs.
19) Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
20) Supporting the HC Service manager for any service activities.
