CE&E;Administrator Assistance
Role Description
Job Purpose: Administrative and organizational support to the AfME regional hub, Gulf & growth market CE&E;teams.
Key Accountabilities:
• Carry out administrative functions proficiently and complete quality work on a timely basis.
• Expedite flow of work, initiate follow-up when necessary and anticipate priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide the CE&E;team with administrative office support
• Completing special projects as assigned
• Develop and maintain reporting activities of the CE&E;projects.
• Ensure maintenance of the CE&E;documents
• Coordinate with SE and CE&E;teams for PO & E-pay process
• Administer all vendor & speaker payments etc.
• Reconcile weekly the ACMs for all team
• Maintain all financial records and files as per the company policies.
• Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues.
• Manage all bill payments and customer invoicing as per the deadlines.
• Support the audit processes through the preparation of standard reports as well as other custom reports as requested.
• Keep records of invoices and e-pays
• Identify and address account discrepancies
