One of our clients is recruiting for Procurement Manager – Arabic Speaking for a Manufacturing company in UAE
Bachelor’s Degree in business or Accounting. Masters in an added advantage. Professional certification in Procurement/ Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
• Gather market intelligence for global sourcing families, consolidation and perform the appropriate trend analysis.
• Sourcing and Procurement Inbound Transportation
• Manage the negotiation of all the agreements for the portfolio of item in scope to obtain the best offer with the best negotiation and extended credit terms as well as reduced delivery time. Perform competitive bidding & negotiate with defined strategy.
• Communicate the requirement of operational procedures and instructions to internal & external customers and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner. Assure compliance with applicable laws, ethical standards, policies and codes of business conduct.
• Build, Improve and implement Supply Chain and Procurement KPI’s and Dashboard.
• Deploy sourcing strategy for the purchase
• Constantly search, identify and evaluate in the local and international markets for new sources and new solutions to assure continuous improvement of the suppliers.
• Sourcing and Managing the customs clearance for whole imports for both sections
• Provide analytical support in the evaluation of financial performance against previous year price, against current year budget and performance.
• Identify savings opportunities and initiate individual projects and initiatives at all operational levels

Requirements:
-Strong communicator at all levels
-Team player with ability to influence people.
-Clear capabilities to work with some supervision as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Needs to be able to work systematically towards the achievement of defined goals
-Must be able to attain goals within designated time frames
• Strong Negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel to manage the costing, trend analysis and generate required reports.
• Proficient to work systematically to achieve desired results.
