Our client is now recruiting for a Supply Chain Supervisor reporting to Supply Chain Manager. You will be managing a team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Deliver consistently high service level in order management operations for relevant markets & product lines.
• Drive continuous performance improvement through benchmarking and KPI reviews for the team & self.
• Deliver high order automation with analyzing system and reviewing processes design & proposing improvements.
• Participate in functional process improvement teams
• Customer billing claims are handled timely and in a professional manner.
• Manage on daily basis all analysts working on billing preparation, re-rating, reporting, etc.
• Support ordering activities
• Contribute to end-to-end workflow processes for the contract from ordering to billing, ensuring process amendments for the contract when required
• Deliver reporting according to internal and external requirements
• Produce and publish reports in line with business requirements
• Ensure training and knowledge transfer to the whole OTC team.
• Handle customer compliants and find resolution and also support on L/C’s and import/export documentation.
المهارات
Requirements:
• 5 plus years of exp of order to cash management experience
• Strong Leadership Competencies for a Managerial Role.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject
• Expert in SAP & MS Excel
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
