Main job responsibilities:
The Sales division at ServiceMarket.com is responsible to acquire companies that wish to list their services on our site. They are responsible to nurture long-term relationships with these partners, and grow our collaboration with them (i.e. upsell additional services). The Sales Manager should have a holistic understanding of their clients and our services, in order to make sure we are serving them well.

As Sales Account Manager in ServiceMarket.com you will be responsible to:
• Acquire and onboard new partners to the site: You will be responsible to grow the number of partners on our site within a specific category and with an international scope. You should fully understand our services, and be able to present them clearly to our partners. You will be responsible to complete the sales process (contracts, deposits, orientation…etc). You will have a set target each month to achieve.
• Manage and retain existing relationships with our partners: You will be responsible to manage relationships with your clients – this means meeting with them on a monthly basis for feedback, addressing their grievances…etc. It also means being able to assess the performance of our partners on the site (number of customers they get through the site, their returns, what they could be doing better to improve their performance), and provide them with solutions to improve their performance.
• Grow collaboration with partners: You should be able to assess the needs of our partners, and find ways to grow our business with them through upselling new services, new cities and subscriptions. You will be expected to think of creative ways to develop new ways of collaborating with our partners
• Sales reports and organization: You will generate weekly reports on Sales (target list, high potential leads, status of each lead). You will participate in our Sales & Operations process to improve customer experience. You will also be expected to prepare Sales Proposals on your own. You will also be responsible for fees collections from your accounts.
