Majlis Property Services is a young and professional property services company based in Dubai providing tailored service offerings which help clients to better maintain and market their properties and assets. We offer property scanning solutions and inspection & surveying services to the residential and commercial markets.
The Dubai branch was founded in 2016 by U.K. entrepreneurs looking to help improve the quality of properties being bought and sold in the market. The Lead Inspector is a key position within Majlis Property Services.
The Lead Inspector will be a hands-on role, typically splitting time between performing on-site inspections and creating reports in the office
Responsibilities will also extend to providing technical consultation for current and potential clients
As the Practice expands, the Lead Inspector will develop as a management role, overseeing operational staff, and spending more time focused on Quality Control of the inspection team.
The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial mindset and is looking for the opportunity to build and manage their own Inspections Practice.

Joining and driving a growing Practice means being able to deliver high-quality work, but also involvement in the strategic direction of the Practice; selecting the best team to support the services offered as the company expands, and advising improvements to the services and operations for this core area of the Majlis business.

المهارات
The successful candidate will have experience of building surveys, inspections, and area measured surveys. They will have carried out post-construction building inspections/snagging either residential or commercial (ideally both), inclusive of defect analysis and potential solutions.
Has prepared survey / inspection reports for private owners, and/or professional bodies for one or all of the following:

New property handover / resale / post sale warranty audits

Overall property condition and level of maintenance

Investigations into system failures, asset condition and building systems etc.

Measured Surveys

Solid working knowledge of building MEP and HVAC systems, fire and safety systems and ideally the associated requirements for the various UAE building codes.

A driving License is essential and a minimum 5 years’ experience (Middle East preferable but not a necessity)
