To ensure that all IT applications and systems are installed, monitored and operate effectively so as to minimize downtime to the business
To respond to Application & System issues conducting investigation, diagnosis, evaluation and problem resolution
Communicate with users for troubleshooting
To ensure all business rules relating to system functioning and security are carried out to maintain the integrity of the system
To help the Solution Delivery team as well as the vendors of applications to understand the problem and fix them
المهارات
4 years experience in IT support field
Good communication skills with users, IT development team and suppliers
Good relationship with business users
Good reactivity to problems
Management of junior IT staff if and when required
Graduate/diploma in Computer Science
