Business Development Associate – Job Description
This job will require the qualified candidate to manage the territory and achieve their sales target. The Business Development Associate duties include but are not limited to:
• Management and development of sales in an assigned territory
• Following up on opportunities provided by Inside Sales & Marketing Team
• Identify, communicate and respond to opportunities, to impact sales and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales/services records of all activities in the assigned territory, insuring that all departments receive the necessary information as required
• Account management of existing and new customers in the region, to maximize growth and ensure customer retention
• Lead generation and door opening of potential customers
• Willing to participate in a rolling program of training for adhesives & application systems
• Technical advice and support to customers on their adhesive requirements
• On site product demonstrations/production trials

المهارات
Business Development Associate – Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales experience. A background in chemical or adhesive sales is preferred but not essential.
Preferably in the UAE or the GCC currently
• Ability to sell a technical product, provide a solution or improve efficiency for the customer
• Ability to generate own leads and comfortable with a cold calling approach to open doors
• A self-motivated candidate comfortable in a hands-on environment, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office software; experience with Sales Automation, Customer Relationship Management or web-based software programs
Package includes salary, leave, commission, and transport, medical, fuel and telephone.
