Restaurant Manager
Salary: AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 based on experience
Location: Dubai
Our Client, One of the most popular restaurant concepts in the region, is a casual dining res-taurant offering a variety of Pakistani, Afghani and North Indian inspired cuisine.
With locations across The UAE they offer buffet’s, dine-in, carry-outs, delivery and on location catering.
A unique blend of South and Central Asian culinary traditions, provides a variety and taste that is enjoyed by people of all cultures.
The team strive to deliver the highest quality food and customer service while educating their patrons on the flavourful food of South & Central Asia.
As a result of their expansion and service offerings we are seeking a Restaurant Manager to Manage Front of house operations in multiple outlets.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate daily restaurant management operations.
* Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction.
* Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
* You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
* Improve the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals.
* Ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
* Manage front of house operations
* Set work schedules, make sure all comply with health and safety regulations.
* Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
* Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
* Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
* Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
* Promote the brand in the local community.
* Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
* Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
المهارات
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience within the UAE
* At least 1 year experience at supervisory / Managerial level.
* Extensive food and beverage (F&B;) knowledge
* Familiarity with restaurant management software would be an advantage
* Strong leadership, motivational and people skills with an entrepreneurial attitude
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal is essential
