•Responsible for project management of branch Job Packages. This includes the tracking of inventory, communication with customers, pre-install site walks, and end of project, close out calls with customers.
•Monitor and maintain a budget for each project managed; including labor and materials, such that forecasted margins are maintained or improved upon.
•Responsible for all Branch technical/equipment training. In coordination with District Mgr. and Service Manager, develop and execute a training plan for each Technician.
•Partner with Sales to drive new growth and revenue. This includes: Sales discovery, system design, scope of services, cost estimates, bill of material development, & risk assessment.
•Work closely with other departments (Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, QA, Materials, Finance, Installation, Shipping and Sales), as required to ensure successful project execution.
•Take lead in the performance of installations, inspections, maintenance, repair work, and failures, includes documentation.
•Providing product and service training to customers.
•Communicating opportunities and recommendations for modification or improvements to assure optimum efficiency of products, equipment, and personnel.
المهارات
A Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in related discipline, or equivalent combination of mechanical experience
Experience in RO & water treatment (2 or more years)
A valid driver’s license
Salary 6000 PM non negotiable.
