We are currently looking for a UX Project Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Project Director you will be an integral part of the company’s mission to provide exceptional service and delivery to our partners

What you’ll do:
• Defining project scope, goals and deliverables
• Develop full scale project plans with schedules and timelines
• Understanding project budgets and plan resource within the scope
• Clear, concise communication on project deliverables, timeframes, and expectations to team members and external stakeholders
• Provides leadership and direction to project teams
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
• Using your keen eye for detail to ensure that all work delivered is of the highest standard and performing full QA on any deliverables
• Identify new opportunities while working on projects

What you’ll need?
• 1-3 years’ experience as a digital project management role working on UX projects (any experience managing data and analytics projects would be highly desirable)
• Experience working in digital agency is a must
• Understanding of the digital ecosystem – able to understand briefs to call on the right tea members with the appropriate skillsets to deliver top quality work
• Experience with various industry leading project management tools and platforms –Jira would be highly desirable
• Experience working in agile project environments
• Fair and firm approach - able to push back on bad practice or unrealistic requests from clients
• Adept with figures – able to lead the project team to work within target budgets
• Professional attitude – able to work with different team members from varying backgrounds and skillsets.
