Cigna Healthcare, a leading global health insurer, is going through an exciting period and we are looking to recruit an experienced Service Desk Support Analyst. This successful candidate will be a member of the Infrastructure Services group.
Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, the successful candidate will provide operational support, and account administration within the Service Desk team.
The successful candidate will be a high-performing individual who is methodical, inquisitive and has a passion for technology and service.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Provide technical support to onsite and remote users.
Manage / monitor IT Service Desk Incidents via call management system.
Prioritise and allocate within IT Support teams all requests.
Manage User system access for various applications.
Complete user password resets on various applications.
Identify ways to improve the quality of the service provided and / or the efficiency of the processes within the IT Service desk.
Ensure all incidents are managed in accordance with targets set out in SLA.
Escalate any issues/ outages to IT Service Desk Manager.
Work as part of a shift rota.
May be required to work as part of an on-call rota.
المهارات
Required Skills (Essential):
Three years within support team.
Windows XP \ 7 support and build experience. ( both OS and pc hardware)
Windows 2008 \ 2003 expertise.
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP experience.
Exchange 2007 \ account maintenance.
Incident management skills
Experience with a call management system
Experience with both Office 2007 and 2010
Required Skills (Desirable):
Microsoft certification.
Managing small projects from start to finish.
Windows 7 migration experience
Avaya Telephony skills
Symantec SEP 12, SDLP and SEE.
iSeries / As400 experience
ITIL foundation certified
