Talent Acquisition: Review & Design robust Talent Assessment & Acquisition framework and assessments to attract and source right talent for the right role.
Review & Introduce Assessment Tools for Mid & Senior Level resourcing. Partner in Leadership Hiring for the hospitality group.
Talent and Organizaiton Development: Lead the Managerial Development Program/Interventions in line with the business requirements.
Partner in Planning, Developing & Coordinating Individual Development Journeys for Senior Leaders in the organization. Partner in developing the learning agenda of the organization in line with organization capability
Champion the LMS project for the organization. Partner in defining Leadership Development Framework.
Determine the right Development tools and plans to drive leadership development.
Review & Enhance the Defined Talent Experiences across the organization like Induction, Employee Assimilation and other touch points.
Talent Management: Coordinate and support Head of Talent in driving the Talent review process for the organization.
Design & deliver capability development of HR teams & Managers to drive Goal Setting & midyear & annual performance reviews in the organization.
Partner with concepts to embed value based assessments
Talent Engagement: Execute & Coordinate the Annual Engagement Survey for the organization.
Partner in implementation of action plans across the Corporate in the organization.
Design & Drive Employee Engagement Initiatives/R &R;framework for the organization
Administration & Adhoc Projects: Responsible for adhoc projects and administrative tasks for the L&D;and Talent Management function.

Experience in partnering with senior leaders to align people’s capabilities and development with business needs.
An exceptional, proactive approach to planning, and by default having contingency plans in place for ambiguous and changing circumstances.
Excellent attention to detail and process management.
Experience in dealing with stakeholders across all levels with the ability to influence to get positive business and people outcomes.
Flexibility to adapt & Deliver Multiple projects.
Ability to adopt a practical, common sense, consultative approach when advising on people issues.
Excellent with Microsoft Office Tools.
