Our client is seeking an experienced Recruitment professional with a strong background working within Digital/Media/Creative space to join their growing team.

This role will be a combination of Recruitment and HR, therefore the ideal candidate should have experience in HR or a keen interest to develop in HR in the future.

Lead the Recruitment function, focusing on all Digital/Creative and Media rolesManage the Recruitment process from A-Z (Sourcing to on boarding)Build a strong talent pipeline for the business ensuring the recruitment process is Proactive and not Reactive.Develop a strong network within the market, ensuring to attract the top talentSupport the regional HR manager with all HR topics

Profile
Minimum of 5 years experience working within a Recruitment function (In house or Agency)Experience recruiting within the Digital/Media/Creative space is essentialDesire to develop into an HR role within the futureStrong network across the UAEArabic fluency is advantageous but not essential
