This international Luxury brand is looking for a well presented and well-spoken Area Sales Manager to join the team in Dubai. The role will cover parts of the GCC area requiring travel across the regions in order for you to ensure that the brand reflects the company guideline.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will:
Keep on top of market trends and changes, understanding the movement within the Luxury Retail IndustryGrowing the brand in the targeted markets, scouting new opportunities and initiatives to diversify in the marketplaceManage the Sell Outs through maximising sales via KPI’s for each store and reviewing of sales and acting upon these salesManage the Supply flow of the Sell In’s in relation to all key partnersWork closely with staff within Stores, training and coaching them to the brands standardWork closely with the Marketing teams in the Head Office to develop relevant strategies to push the brand into the new markets and to create business opportunities
You will have the following qualities and experience:
Essential to have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar positionA knowledge of the Middle East markets across the GCCGood negotiation skills and commercial acumen to deal direct with partners and clientsStrong communicator with internal and external stakeholdersSpeaking Arabic is an advantage
