الوصف الوظيفي Create and implement best practice program management strategy, processes, and procedures to aid and improve on time and on budget delivery of large software solutions to airlines Drive accountability for software delivery and ensuring commitments are met Monitor the completion of tasks and record on internal and customer-facing systems Communicate with senior management on program status, risks and issues. Ensure regular and timely communication between customer project team members. Interacts with Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management, and other areas of FLYR’s business Manage internal and external meetings and calls to handle all issues related to delivery times, budget, quality, and feature scope. Help establish and maintain the interface between the customers and engineering teams Produce and present reports on the above to management, organization, and clients المهارات Strong leadership and people management skills, and capacity to interact directly with customers including senior technical and program management leadership Excellent organizational skills Five or more years of experience in a program management role, including at least three years of a senior/leadership role (director or executive-level) within a software-centric organization. Has managed large IT programs with multiple teams and deliverables.
