Influencing Main Contractors standards, methodology and procedures and BIM execution plan for the collection, production, coordination and maintenance of data relating to the Client’s assets.
Contractual and technical expertise on Building Information Modelling (BIM); Computer Aided Design (CAD); and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
Increasing the quality of data collected and produced by the main contractor in order to reduce engineering risk, defects and construction waste.
To oversee the Main contractor’s implementation and configuration of a common data environment to enable the collaborative production and management of engineering design data.
Assessment / development of the capability and competence of Main contractor to meet / deliver the project’s BIM requirements.
