الوصف الوظيفي Handle customers queries, comments & complains. Evaluate present market price. Responsible to all sales activities and strategies to improve the market area. Promote company’s goods and services emphasizing the quality aspects and timely deliveries of goods. Coordinate and follow up new business with customers by visiting them if necessary Following-up of payment with the coordination from the Finance Department. Prepares Contract / Submittal / Vendor-Supplier Questionaire / Sales-Purchase Documents (Commercial Invoices (CI), Packing List (PL) or Delivery Note (DN) and other documents for customs purposes with the coordination from the Warehouse Department) Suggest various sales strategies to the management in order to compete the market. Awareness of Shipping documents and other formalities that are required for exporting of goods to different countries. (e.g.: Certificate of Origin (CO), Legalization, Attestation or any other certification with the coordination of the Customs and Clearance Representative. Responsible to maintain and update customers database from time to time. Prepares Projection Plan for monthly activities and submit to management at the beginning of the month. Maintaining Logbook of activities and submit monthly summary to management for review and action Other duties from time to time. المهارات Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage) Negotiation and sales skills.
