We are looking for a Senior Sales and Marketing Manager experienced in the FMCG field for the Position.
Job Scope will involve but not limited to:
• Sourcing of potential new distributors in assigned MENA countries for our products.
• Managing the existing brand portfolio such as beverages etc. in GCC & Middle East Region.
• Managing the country sales operations and its sales and distribution process at regional level.
• Directing and implementing the sales strategies and programs to achieve sales objectives and increase market share.
• Planning an effective go to market strategy which would optimize the business.
• Directing and monitoring the Sales and Operations Team effectively for better performance and optimum result by developing their sales capabilities.
المهارات
• A proven track record of at least 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG Industry (preferably in the similar product portfolio) in GCC/Middle East Region.
• A strong managerial experience with hands on experience in dealing with Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Wholesaling Channels.
• Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
