Maintenance Engineer (Parking & Security Management Systems)

Our group company Secure Parking Management is looking for a Maintenance Engineer with minimum 2 years of UAE experience in installation and maintaining the Parking management systems & electronic security systems.

Job Responsibilities
* Responsible for day to day delivery of maintenance services for Low current systems like Parking management/guidance systems, CCTV Surveillance Systems, Electronic Access Control Systems etc. specifically preventive/predictive maintenance, corrective maintenance and performance improvement for automation assets observing work plan compliance to achieve equipment optimization.
* Have technical interface with operational team, pass all relevant information to the team mates and assisting them to carry out the work.
* Complete high quality device and component installation activities and maintenance activities
* Participate in a configuration of servers, workstations, panels and other programmable components.
* Delegate the timely implementation of approved modifications and ensure that the configuration status of equipment and mechanical setup is up to date and technically managed.
* Support the Tech Manager in data gathering for engineering/automation reports and root cause analysis
* Pro-active involvement and attendance of operational meetings to understand automated processing and how best to overlay maintenance plans, sharing output with other engineers and technicians.
* Regularly audit necessary maintenance tasks ensuring the integrity and reliability of equipment.
* Ensure technical resource provision to meet maintenance plan and operational processing requirements in liaison with engineering and operational team leaders.
* Maintenance QHSE and customer care standards as per company policy.
* Make sure complete and timely back up is taken for all the work* Install and maintain the Parking management systems and electronic security systems.
