Sales Supervisor with Minimum 3 years working experience, more than 2 years’ experience in lighting industry or relative constructions experience required.
The candidate will be located in North Africa / Maghreb
Responsibilities:
1. Develop sales channel: Train, support and assist current distributor and develop new distributor.
2. Visit customer, Contractors and Project Owners, follow up sales and certain project directly
3. Coordinate with product managers, Design Team and Supply Chain Management in Headquarter to close the deal
4. Collect lighting market information, feedback and communicate with headquarter to improve the business and make product improvement.
5. Complete the other tasks required from the Country Manager of NA.
Requirements：
1. Experience in Lighting Channel is preferred
2. Fluent in Arabic or French and English compulsory.
3. Bachelor Degree.
