Project Manager – Hotels – Immediate start
Boutique Design and Project management consultancy seek an Immediate Project Manager in Dubai for a large scale new build Hotel project.
This Project Manager will be to be able to manage design consultants, but also be experienced with large project construction sequencing and programming (and basic PM skills, writing a PEP, RAM, Microsoft Project software / Primavera skills, etc.).
Requirements
Recent PM, consultancy side, experience in Dubai necessary.
Hotel new build project experience is also necessary.
Background could be Architecture or Engineering, with recent PM experience in Dubai.
Excellent presentation, technical knowledge and communication skills required.
Team orientated and client focused, this individual will be on board with taking on responsibility yet also willing to roll up sleeves in this small boutique environment.
