We are now recruiting for a Business Analyst- Operations Support
This is a contract role under ManpowerGroup - 12 months renewable contract
PURPOSE
This Operations Support role under the Controllership Function reports to the MENA & CEMEA Hub Operations Support Manager to assist the Sales, Marketing, Products, Acceptance, Consulting and other functional staff to manage projects for clients and cardholders to drive the Client’s revenue growth. In addition, this role supports the country teams with corporate events, marketing or product campaigns, purchase of goods and services from third party suppliers, gifts and donations, following established policies and procedures.
KEY RESULT AREAS / KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Under supervision of MENA & CEMEA Hub Operations Support Manager, execute routine transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
· Learn internal policies and procedures to be an expert for business functions.
· Manage task tracker for the team including updates and periodical reporting
· Execute low and high risk transactions including but not limited to:
· Value-In-Kind requests initiation, facilitation and follow up
· Purchase Requisitions (PR) requests and facilitation
· Liaison with other departments to process transactions effectively.
· Review the documents on goods/services acceptance and ensure payments in line with contract,
· Suppliers’ payment reconciliation,
· Maintain a transaction pipeline to track different stages and to track
· Other transactions.
· Provide advisory to business function on policies and procedures.
· Provide training for personnel on policies, procedures, processes, tools, templates.
· Collaborate with controlling functions (legal, controllers, compliance, sourcing) to monitor deviations from policies and procedures; participate in remediation of operational risk and compliance-related issues.
· Participate in detective controls and projects/programs monitoring under guidance received.
· Support MENA & CEMEA Hub Operations Support Manager in executing various other tasks delegated to the function from time to time.
DIMENSIONS
· Role mainly interacts with Sales, Acceptance, Marketing, Products, Acceptance and Sourcing.
· Role also interacts with other support and control functions including Finance, Compliance and Legal.
· Expected to demonstrate independent decision-making and quick resolution of issues without compromising controls.

Professional
· Bachelor’s degree or higher
· Minimum 6 years of experience in any function with documentary routines in corporate business
· Understanding of procurement and marketing preferred
· Project management experience and data analytics experience preferred
· Strong understanding of risks and controls
