Facility Management Manager (Business Development Manager)

A newly established company in UAE is looking for a Facility Management Manager to join their team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible of finding projects, executing it, and hiring the team to work on with.

Monitor and review budgets and business plans, establish policies and procedures and negotiate contracts.

The maximization of new business opportunities and sectors to enhance the growth in sales.

Generate and present regular reports and reviews of facility-related budgets, finances, contracts, expenditures and purchases.

Preparing documents to put out tenders for contractors.

Project management and supervising and coordinating the work of contractors.

On-site inspection of the new opportunities for the company and the issuing of new bids.

Obtain quote and tenders from vendors and suppliers.

Experience Required:

At least 5 years of experience in the Facility Management field in the UAE

Skills:

Strong connection in UAE (Specially Dubai)

Good organisation

Interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Delegation

Forward-planning and strategy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Problem- solving

Required License:
UAE Driving License
