The Senior CRM Executive will be responsible for supporting the CRM solution within the company for system and tool integration, data integrity, digital transformation and business intelligence activities.

Description

The Senior CRM Executive will be responsible for the following:
Propose new channels and capabilities to enable on the Marketing tool, given the Brands’ maturityImplement the Marketing Automation strategiesAssist in the definition of Customer Journeys for the different clusters of customersCreate content related to customer and loyalty milestones and in line with the Customer JourneyGuarantee optimal development and deployment of digital marketing campaigns based on business goals, customer insights, and their behaviorEnsure a 360 alignment between the social media, e-commerce, retail, and triggered communication strategies to seamlessly engage with audiences across all channelsSegment database to ensure relevance to customers and optimal use of the budget in each campaignDevelop, execute, and track the efficiency of A/B testing campaigns to provide recommendations on how to optimize Brands’ communicationManage the scheduling, testing and deployment of all CRM and eCRM projectsContinuously up to date with latest CRM developments, trends and regulations (at global industry level) as well as experimental communications and the latest methodologies Seek to develop CRM skills with digital focus

Profile

The Senior CRM Executive should have the following:
4 years experience in the marketing filed with at least 2 years in a similar roleExperienced in CRM campaign roll out, customer segmentation, and loyalty program managementExcellent knowledge of digital CRM tools
