DELSK was founded in Cologne, Germany in 2008 and subsequently established Beijing Delsk Business Co., Ltd in the same year. In our early days, DELSK sourced clients for a variety of property and investment products from various countries and provided professional cross-border investment services for customers in need, primarily from the Chinese market. With continuous improvement in business, our investment services are mainly centered on overseas property investment for individuals and companies, overseas financial investment services, overseas citizenship by investment programs, Hooli - a comprehensive service platform for international student property rentals and sales, and H+ - a service platform for cross-border life and asset management.
Beijing
After years of development, by May 2018, DELSK Group has established a number of branch offices in Hong Kong, Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Chengdu and Dalian and has established branches in Portugal, Spain, Ireland, Cyprus, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, UAE, Indonesia, Russia, Taiwan, and India. In 2017, DELSK Group set up branches and offices in Canada, Japan, Singapore, Australia, and India, providing products and services to more than 22 countries and regions in the world.
