Sr.Systems Analyst

الوصف الوظيفي
• Actively participates in different projects and activities of the department - participate, update and propose new system-related solutions;
• Assist clients with the goal of increasing satisfaction so that operations are not compromised;
• Keep all technical documentation of the area organized, considering information needs and facilitating communication and queries when necessary;
• Work in Service Desk on high complexity projects and demands;
• Communicate and report status of projects under his/her responsibility and business unit;
• Optimize automated processes through permanent contact with client areas; clarify doubts originating from introduced projects and innovations;
• Correctly generate managerial information and reduce feedback time through implementation of processes that allow historical comparisons, information storage and processed data confrontation and analysis;
• Apply data processing resources, providing technical opinions and presenting solutions to client areas, aiming at fulfilling clients’ needs and reaching desired results;
• Manage and align IT Systems needs with peers in Infrastructure, BI and Service Desk;
• Follow up with, guide and train business users on new or mature software solutions for the company;
• Contribute towards the development, updating and reconciliation of systems in use, with the aim of complying with legal amendments, administrative and organizational requirements;
• Optimize and standardize procedures through studies for the implementation of new techniques, aiming at minimizing the complexity of system problems;
• Become an agent that replicates systems techniques, methodologies and standards, and processes under his/her competence to the IT team and other company areas;
• Any other duties as assigned

المهارات
 ORACLE EBS
Module updating: ERP Oracle EBS in different modules
• Knowledge of structured programming techniques in one of the programs/systems language (Visual Basic, C++, C, Java, Crystal Reports);
• Microsoft Office Suite;
• SQL Server, DB2/400 database;
• Advanced English;
• BI structure
