The Organization:
Our client is a Dubai based startup company, franchise of an European organization. They are active in the retail industry, providing mainly B2C services. They are launching in the next month, followed by expansion both inside UAE and other countries in the Middle East. For their corporate office, they are hiring an ambitious and creative Marketing Manager (Arabic speaker).
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintaining the Marketing Calendar;
• Looking after Social Media activities that keep the brand tone consistent and the audience engaged (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter);
• Preparing and executing all campaigns;
• Supporting with PR and events;
• Creating content that includes creative, educational as well as directional in English and Arabic;
• Managing everything around customer lifecycle, from analysis to segment creation and content;
• Creating newsletter templates and content, SMS and transactional communications;
• Daily and weekly performance reporting (overall, channel specific, customer related);
• Daily monitoring of performance channels and regular check-ups and alignment with supporting agencies for SEM, Display, SEO, affiliate marketing and Paid Social;
• Daily collaboration and discussions with creative agency for all visuals, animated content and videos;
• Supporting the Head of Marketing in quarterly and seasonal planning as well as launch plans and research for new market entries within the region;
• Acting as the brand gatekeeper and main point of contact for all brand and marketing related matters;
• Conducting consumer research on product journey as well as industry and brand insights.

Skills & Competencies:
• Experience with tools and platforms: Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Photoshop, Social Media listening tools, experience with influencer marketing, Email Service Providers, G-Suite, Jira;
• Excellent understanding of branding and digital channels;
• Experience with brand & promotional campaign planning and execution;
• Creative content writing skills particularly in Arabic;
• Analytical mindset and experience with different reporting tools;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both English and Arabic;
• Independent worker;
• Respectful of timelines and SLAs. Introducing processes where appropriate
• Start-up mindset
Education & Qualifications:
• Relevant Bachelor degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Marketing Executive role with a digital focus;
• Highly preferred experience with startup, including e-commerce and application.
