1.Insure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
2.Chalking out or improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being Purchase materials, plan inventory and ensure warehouse efficiency
3.Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives
4.Examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability
5.Perform quality controls and monitor production KPI’s
6.Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources
7.Cater to clients’ or personnel’s concerns

1.Proven work experience as operations manager
2.Adequate knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
3.Budget development and oversight experience
4.Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices
5.Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics
6.Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organisation
7.Leadership and organisational skills
8.BS degree in operations management or related field
