This opportunity is with a large building materials company based in UAE.
As a Head of Sales, you would be responsible in managing and implementing the daily operations within the sales department and ensure compliance with the department’s standards and procedures. You’ll develop, review and implement a sales strategy, manage and support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
You will also be conducting sales visits, employee performance reviews and appraisals, setting a target and ensuring sales targets are being achieved in each region and take corrective action where required, including revising strategies, territorial coverage, accountability, and other actions required to achieve established targets. Implement robust performance measures and reviews, using data driven analytics, to drive strong sales execution.
المهارات
To be successful you would ideally possess 15+ years of sales experience having 7+ years in sales within building materials/construction industry in a supervisory or managerial level. You should be a Bachelor’s degree holder in any relevant discipline with a strong background in sales strategies, CRM and financial analysis.
