This opportunity is with a large holding company based in UAE.
As a General Manager, you would be responsible in managing the entire business operations, P&L;, budgeting, formulating business strategy, provide direct management of key functional managers and executives, establishing policies and standards, setting up objectives and assigning accountabilities.
You will design strategy and set goals for growth, maintain budgets and optimize expenses, ensure employees work productively and develop professionally, set and implement policies and processes, evaluate and improve operations and financial performance, develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives, builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
المهارات
To be successful you would ideally possess 12+ years of working experience having 7+ years within Home Automation/Building Automation sector which 5 years in a supervisory or managerial level. You should be a Bachelor’s degree holder in in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus with a strong background P&L;and financial analysis.
