• To identify the potential clients & sustainable projects & update the customer data base.
• To maintain the business relationship with existing clients.
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Arrange resources and ensure the tenders and bids are submitted on time.
• Handover the new projects to the operation team.
• Review the commercial aspect of the project & suggest GM on project renewals.
• Implement QHSE management system to achieve the organizational goal in the tendering and estimation department.
• To communicate the sustainable policy of the company to the potential clients
• To address and recommend the sustainable FM practice to the clients in the tendering stage
Accountability:
• For screening potential clients.
• Accuracy on project estimation & evaluation.
• Meeting the bid submission requirements.
• For appropriate project handover to the operation team.
• For implementing and maintaining HSE management system in Tendering and estimation department.
• For the legal violations on identifying the potential projects
• For the legal violations on Tendering and Estimation activity
• For the achievement of Objective, target and programs at a departmental level •For non-escalation to the management on HSE aspects.
المهارات
Strong negotiation and analytical skills, financial and commercial acumen, with a thorough understanding of FM business concepts. Dynamic personality and existing strong relationships and contacts in the market, the ability to build fruitful partnerships and swiftly close business deals. Results driven and a strong communicator. Arabic will be an advantage.
