الوصف الوظيفي Consult with customers to understand their full service needs around technical support of our educational products and work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to design and deliver tailor made technology solutions. Schedule and host performance measurement and identifying additional training requirements in hardware and software solutions to internal stakeholders, the IT team or the operations team.
