Follow up on timely collection of payments. Follow up on customers complaints. Provide information to the concerned manager regarding market activities (competitors / customers). Maintain and develop a computerized customer database. Negotiate the price with customers in a professional manner. Proficient in clarifying all the technical queries of the product as well as explaining the method of use of all the products in the most professional and effective way. Demonstrate the product to show the features and benefits. المهارات A good knowledge of the UAE Market.
