Description
Supervise the implementation and execution of HR operations within the businessManage the HR Services within the business including, HR administration services, payroll, PRO, employee relations and compensation and benefitsManage the talent management process within the businessEvaluate and analyse the current processes in place and suggest improvement to increase efficiency within the business Ensure to instil a good culture throughout the company

Profile
Minimum of 5 years HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years experience within a managerial roleCIPD/bachelor degree qualifiedExperience setting up an HR department from scratchExperience implementing new policies and proceduresStrong communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
