Regional Education Manager role with a Multinational Company specialized in Luxury retail.

Responsibilities:
Creating a strategy and defining the objectives for training purposesManage the training program across the Middle East region and India SubcontinentHandling the budget and expenses for conducting training, workshops, and travellingSpending time on shop floor to monito the performance to raise and discuss the issuesCoordination with the team across different countries to prioritise goals and achieve targets Assist and attend important projects and eventsCreate proposals and improve strategies by introducing the latest training methods and tools Conducting training sessions on new products (product knowledge, methods, selling techniques, merchandising)Handling masterclasses related to beauty and coordinate with make up artists and local trainersManage the external sales team and assist with the recruitment process, efficiency program to monitor their performance and address their issues to their supervisorMotivating and inspiring the teamProviding feedback and new creative ideas regarding training programs

Requirements

Bachelors degreeMUST : Experience within beauty industry (skincare/ make up/ fragrance)Excellent market knowledgeAbility to travel regularly Conduct training to a large group and ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent communication skills and ability to deliver a message clearlyDynamic personality, attention to detail and very well organizedKnowledge of digital mediaExcellent level in English ; Arabic/ French would be a plus
