الوصف الوظيفي Identify new business opportunities, revenue streams, and business and sales channels, and generate leads - in defined geographies Do market research and analysis, to establish viability, and feasibility of opportunities, and strengths of prospective channel/business Partners Assist in drafting proposals for prospective Partners Assist in finalizing relationships with prospective Partners Build, develop, and manage relationships with Partners Manage execution of projects with Partners, and ensure Organizational objectives are met Act as the Point of Contact for Partners – Handle their needs, remove bottle-necks, and provide prompt assistance in all issues related to execution. Also coordinate with all stakeholders – internal and external – to ensure smooth execution Track and monitor operations, conduct regular review of operations along with Partners, identify challenges/bottle-necks, implement corrections, and do everything needed to make operations smooth Do Customer engagement whenever required – either in Pre-sales, Sales, or Post-sales – to ensure objectives are met Know the product in depth, and stay up-to-date with new enhancements – so that all Customer engagements are of high quality المهارات Experience in managing Business/Channel Partners Good Account management skills Good understanding of technology environment Must be a team player, and capable of driving Partner resources Must be highly responsive to team-members, colleagues, customers, and all other stakeholders Must be persuasive in nature.
