Training Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
• Create and execute curriculums, and training programs that are aligned with the
company’s objectives.
• Identifying training and development needs within the company through various
means including but not limited to performance system outcomes and regular
consultation with stakeholders.
• Train employees on communications, etiquettes, and householding procedures
and techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI
periodically.
• Teach and explain the company’s policies and orientations to the employees.
• Educate the company’s employees about the roles and regulations in the UAE.

المهارات
• Fluency in English.
• Proven experience in designing and providing trainings program.
• Proven experience in hospitality industry.
• Ability to multi-task and engage people in fast-paced and changing environment.
• Ability to adapt with new software and technologies.
