Inspection Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
JOB PURPOSE
• Liaises with project team to ensure that all properties are completed and handed over by contractor in line with Emaar’s Standards and as per agreed policies and procedures.
• Liaises with contractors to ensure that works as per Service Requests are carried out by contractor during the DLP period as well coordinates with the Maintenance Team to carry out the works in buildings where Emaar DLP is still valid.

Key Accountabilities:
• Work collaboratively and co-operatively as a member of the company’s Quality Assurance team and in particular:
• Assist the Line Manager, Property Quality Assurance in implementing the strategies, policies and procedures for the department.
• Ensure that all tasks assigned individually and to the team collectively are completed as planned, on schedule.
• Perform and report on a regular basis to the Line Manager, Property Quality Assurance on all tasks concerning the snagging, de-snagging, PPM and property certifications and its associated works in a timely manner.
• Perform and report on a regular basis to the Line Manager, Property Quality Assurance on all tasks concerning the service requests of PQA and its associated works in a timely manner.
• Take initiative and provide inputs to the department’s continuous improvement process.
• Respond on the queries directed to PQA email from customers, internally and externally
• Liaise with on-site maintenance team, project contractors and consultants for effective unit’s inspections and service requests closure.
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree from reputed university with qualifications in engineering/ architecture required.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 – 4 years in Property Engineering Management experience
Skills:
• Strong problem analysis, solving and research skills.
• Able to interact tactfully and effectively with customers, occasionally in situations where relationships may be strained.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritize tasks and use available resources to solve issues.
