An international telecoms company is seeking an expert advisor on Digital Care to drive their exciting digital transformation program.

You will be accountable for:
Lead the Digital Sales agenda across all digital channels and platformsInitiate, define and manage all digital sales campaignsContinuous monitoring and improvement of the customer user experience and journey

You will have the following skill set:
Degree educated10+ years experience, ideally as a product owner for a leading, global ecommerce firmProven experience in using Google Analytics with Firebase experience an advantageIndustry experience in telecoms or global consultancy is highly desirable
