We are seeking a highly-motivated LAN Network IP technical person.
The company is a satellite service provider Operating from Belgium brussels Looking for different person specializes in LAN network and satellite telecommunication (vsat) The job will be partially in Dubai and partially in Belgium in the headquarter The presence will be 11:30 am till 9pm in Dubai and one in Brussels , the same but on the local time 8:30am till 6:30pm The company in Belgium is 30 year experience satellite operator looking to improve his service and growing as well with new technologies in GEO MEO and LEO satellite offering data connectivity and internet connectivity.

Responsibilities & Job description:
* Support on line for the client, * Phone and email * Ticketing * Offering solution (after a training internally) * Maintenance of the platform * Checking permanently the operation or remotely or locally * Part of certain project on the satellite platform, new design new implementation * Part of the teleport operation maintenance on a daily basis * Ready to be committed on the satellite service we are offering 24/7 * The job will be orientate IP networking and satellite Vsat setting plus satellite platform maintenance and control * The position will be mainly for being responsible of the client online or phone support
