Building Maintenance Supervisor

الوصف الوظيفي

• We are looking for a competent Multifloored Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance in our facilities.
• An excellent maintenance supervisor must be reliable and have a great eye for detail.
• They must have technical skills and knowledge of various maintenance activities such as Painting, Masonry, Carpentry, plumbing, Air-conditioning etc.
• Leadership and knowledge of administrative tasks such as Planning& scheduling,
• The major goal is to ensure that facilities are in a good, clean and safe condition at all times.

Supervises and participates in necessary painting and general repairs to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, windows, and general masonry
• Supervises and participates in the general cleaning and maintenance of the buildings.
• Timely management on Material request, Order follow up and receives supplies and equipment, and maintains necessary inventories.
• Assumes responsibility for the general security & fire safety of the buildings.
• Performs emergency repair services as necessary.
• Examines buildings on a regular basis for needed repairs, maintenance, and cleanliness and Checks buildings on weekends and holidays.
• Consults with Responsible Engineering Manager regarding the establishment of a regular preventative maintenance program.

المهارات
• Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (Civil, electrical, heating etc.)
• Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
• Excellent planning and leadership abilities
• An eye for detail, Computer savvy, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Vocational school - High school diploma will be a plus
• Professional Certifications
