Duties:- Responsible for all Project Admin / Project Coordination related works - First class reporting on all project status and project related activities- Attending & coordinate multiple weekly project meetings and preparation of MOM (minutes of meetings) and send to all stakeholders within 24 hours. And follow up on relevant tasks.- Responsible for ordering project procurement items (including quantity count) and order validation with the PM, leading negotiations with the suppliers and logistics agent. - Responsible for requesting quotation/proforma invoice from the supplier, validation and issuance of Purchase Order, Request for payment, tracking of payments and tracking of order shipments.- Responsible for looking an alternative but reliable supplier- Manage Project Budgeting in line with Project Manager’s guidance. And Cost control throughout the project, assuring that project is done within the approved budget.- Preparation of Payment schedule for all suppliers / contractors for different projects and assure payments are being done according to quotes and in line with payment terms.- Recording Variation Orders and update the cost sheets / suppliers payments schedules accordingly.- Preparing and updating the project cost/budget weekly (as per the invoice submitted by the supplier and payment made by Bounce) and share with the PM.- Liaise with Finance department to assure payment records are correct and in line with contracts/ quotations.- Responsible for maintaining a good filing and document control for project related documents such as approved quotes and invoices, project drawings, BOQ, contracts, etc.- Preparation of tender package price comparison (pricing from tenderers) to create a price comparison summary sheet.- Creating snag lists / official letters and any other project related correspondences.

Skills:- Experience in project management is an advantage - Knowledge in AutoCAD for (quantity survey) - Knowledge in reading project drawings (architectural and ID plans) - Professional approach to work and good communication skills.- Strong IT skills (Excel and adobe acrobat)- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Flexible and can handle work pressure
