• O&G;Practice Development - Identifying needs, creating offerings, marketing the capability within the O&G;sector in UAE (in year 1 & later in GCC)• Build relationships with key decision makers and educate around the product portfolio• Create innovative ways to build business from existing customers.• Effectively monitor and win new business from competitors and other sources.• Co-ordinate recruitment team to ensure delivery to clients as per SLAsKey Responsibilities• Financials - Responsible for Revenue and Gross Profit targets• Implement and deliver the service and commercial strategy for each client• Develop and maintain relationships with new clients to ensure compliance and expand areas of service delivery• Identify new opportunities to sell services to the client to fulfil or exceed revenue objectives• Work to achieve and aim to exceed agreed personal and team targets, objectives and Service Level Agreements• Work to defined processes, ensuring best practice at all timesSales• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the domain, their deliverables and needs• Build and foster relationships with target companies and decision makers• Provide advice on recruitment strategies, procedures, legislation and market conditions• Constantly explore and implement sourcing methodologies as appropriate• Act as a reference and escalation point for customers & contractorsRecruitment• Direct the recruitment team on new requirements recommends recruitment strategies to ensure the highest quality resource is engaged, in an efficient and cost effective manner• Work within predefined recruitment processes, ensuring best practice at all times. Monitoring recruitment process identifying and recommending areas for improvement• Manage candidates whilst working as a contract employee of TASCOther• Manage various sales related reports and documentation in an accurate and timely mannerTeam Management• People Development - Attract, retain, grow team members. Take care of career development, people management needs, developing skills etc.
المهارات
• Minimum 10 years of sales experience in O&G;domain in Gulf region (preferably staffing)• 360-degree business manager, who understands the O&G;domain, has established relationships with key decision makers and has the experience of delivery side• Good commercial know how, understands the margin and cost involved in hiring contractors• Have demonstrated 100% achievement in previous organisations• Ability to network within a target organisation to identify all key influencers and decision makers• Able to demonstrate strong face to face presentation skills• A keen appetite to proactively chase and win new business• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Excellent time management skills• IT Literate: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet ExplorerIdeal person will perform to TASC values of Reliability, Quality, Agility, Respect, Collaboration and show drive to exceed numbers and set goals
