-Troubleshooting, solve user complaints issues.
-Perform RF planning activities such as :

-Ensure 30% better Mobile Broadband experience in Throughput with competition
-Ensure End to End Mobile optimization covering all departments in engineering and external departments that guarantees best customer experience
-Review all capacity requirements based on traffic forecast and normal traffic growth.
-Review all roadmaps with Vendors regarding new hardware and new features
-Review all feature implementation and roll out across the Network
-Optimize smart phone customer perception
-Identify process improvements potential for optimization processes and procedures for all zones
-Participate in regular & adhoc Audit exercises and support in implementation of audit recommendation
