Open to any nationality
Male, below 35 years old
Holder of Diploma or relevant certification is an advantage
Detailed knowledge of purchasing, ordering, receiving, food costing and inventory
Creative and innovative to develop new ideas and recipes
Must possess a positive attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with co-workers efficiently and effectively
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards
Team player and can work independently with minimum supervision
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
Can start immediately (max 1 month)
Work Location: Dubai
Salary is up to 20, 000 AED full package depending on experience and qualifications
المهارات
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pastry cooking or Pastry Chef experience with high volume food production
Excellent knowledge of decorating wide variety of pastry goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc.
