The company is a subsidiary of a well-known Multinational conglomerate in diverse industries such as Information Technology, Engineering, Heavy Industries and Logistics to name a few.
We are currently looking for an Assistant Manager for the Logistics sector of this company. This position will be reporting to the Head of Business Team and will be based in Dubai Media City.
Responsibilities:
Provides support with Logistics Manager in logistics contracts – logistics cost, Integration of information for all related countries.
Support in analyzing all of the cost between the point of origin and the point of consumption in order to meet the requirements of the management (targets) and consumers frequently.
Support in developing and implementing Logistics innovation plan in line with corporate Logistics strategy in order to support the achievement of overall business objectives.
Monthly logistics cost monitoring and analyzing the reason of increasing or decreasing the cost compare to target for all subsidiaries
Make a structure and monitoring tools for logistics cost management and simulation
Coordination with sales subsidiary/HQ/Factory for logistics cost management
Provide technical support in AR & AP external Business
Support Branches and partners in developing B2B business channel
Understanding Market Trends and keeping up to date with Logistics Developments
Responsible for multiple subsidiaries logistics performance. It will include the management and improvement of services provided to customers, as well as the development and implementation of 3pl performance measurements.

المهارات
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree major in Finance & Economy or (related Logistics)
Expert in Excel and Ms Office (especially EXCEL)
In-depth professional logistics knowledge and expertise
Presentable and possess a professional attitude
Experienced in Middle East markets
Thorough knowledge of relevant local import, export, clearance, transportation, land warehousing laws and regulations
Adapted all aspects of Logistics Innovation
Understand about company’s culture, Logistics system & Importance of Weekly & Monthly Target
Experience in Logistics operation and innovation and cost management
Equipped with knowledge on Inventory and logistics various systems (SAP/GERP system Power User)
