Restaurant managers are the key drivers of their respective Restaurants and are fully responsible for ensuring that the Restaurant is run efficiently to attain the predetermined profitability as per Budgets. Operations must be performed within the mission, vision, core values and strategic intent of the Indpt Group.

To run the Restaurant efficiently it is a requirement that the Restaurant Manager must be present at the Restaurant at allotted time.
The Restaurant Manager will

• Direct and execute all activities of the Restaurants either directly or through delegated authority.

• Additionally, and in close liaison with the MD/CEO, Operations Director, Finance Director and HR Manager, Legal Head to manage the affairs with the customers, general public, government, & affiliated organizations.

• Monitor and report to the Operations Director the performance of the Restaurant as a whole and as per brand Values.
