المهارات
· Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant technical area (telecoms, ICT)
· Broad technical knowledge and understanding of telecoms
· Min 3 years as a lead project manager in an operational telecoms company
· Commercially astute; solid pre-sales skills and experience including bid/proposal development · Self-starter, highly motivated, willing to work “outside of the box”, with plenty of initiative to deliver over and above expectations
· Skilled in using MS Project, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
· Experienced in report writing, project planning and process development
· Ideally PMP or Prince certified · Structured and critical thinker; process and quality oriented
· Excellent written & spoken English
· Experience working in challenging environments and/or GCC countries
· Physically fit – assignments will involve field work and site visits
· Would suit a mobile, single person with no dependents, willing and able to travel and work worldwide
· Permanent position for the right candidate (a probation period will apply)
· Immediate start
· Nominally based in Dubai, UAE, but the role involves working on projects in different countries and may require long term assignments worldwide
