HSE Corporate Manager

A leading construction / contractor company in UAE, Head office in Dubai
• Carry out HSE training and awareness sessions of supervision staff on site
• Work closely with the Quality and HSE department for development of construction HSE plans
• Ensure client satisfaction with HSE measure on site and work is completed to a high standard and in a cost-effective manner
• Provide support to project managers with relations and expectations of the client
• Implement HSE policies and procedures on site, conduct HSE meetings with supervision staff
• Complete HSE audits, identify HSE non-conformance issues on site and create solutions to address the issues
• Responsible for accident and incident investigations on site
• Keep the planning engineer up to date in terms of input for the project

المهارات
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Certification in HSE is preferred
• Preferably having Airport construction experience
• Understanding of local HSE regulations and knowledge of construction supervision and HSE best practices
• Strong knowledge of technical safety risk assessment tools and process safety management systems
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
